Moving In? Here’s a Checklist to Get You Started

Congratulations on your new rental home! Moving can be exciting and overwhelming—but with a little preparation, it can go smoothly.

First, review your lease and save important contact information, including our maintenance hotline and emergency line. Take photos of the property when you move in to document its condition. Set up your tenant portal so you can pay rent online and submit maintenance requests easily. Change your air filter and locate breaker boxes, water shutoffs, and other essentials.
